A triagem neonatal biológica, popularmente conhecida como “teste do pezinho”, é um teste preventivo capaz de identificar seis doenças em neonatos, sendo elas a Fenilcetonúria, o Hipotireoidismo Congênito, Doença Falciforme e outras hemoglobinopatias, Fibrose Cística, Hiperplasia Adrenal Congênita Deficiência Biotinidase. Este estudo objetivou avaliar conhecimento dos profissionais da Estratégia Saúde Família sobre biológica. Foi realizado descritivo, exploratório caráter quantitativo, desenvolvido com equipe nas Unidades Básicas município no noroeste estado Paraná. Os dados foram coletados por meio formulário na plataforma Google Forms material impresso, analisados descritivamente frequências absolutas relativas. Evidenciaram-se que 69 pesquisados, 39 não sabem elencar quais identifica (56,5%), 28(40,6%) indicaram período ideal entre 3º 5º dia vida; 20(29%), antes 48 horas vida, 46(66,7%) se sente capacitado para orientar os pais teste. Após nascimento criança, 34(49,3%) verificam foi Concluiu-se, portanto, atitude das Equipes relação à biológica insuficiente, mostra importância educação permanente, ampliem seus conhecimentos sintam-se seguros ao pezinho efetivamente.
